A delivery fee will be charged based on the product type and total package weight. Customer is entitled to FREE delivery when purchasing $50 or more. Delivery fee is not inclusive of any additional costs such as installation or 3rd party fees. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned.

We use local couriers to facilitate the standard delivery of our orders and are unable to deliver at specific times, (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc.). No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. Express delivery can be opted at an additional charge for shorter delivery period and flexible timings.
Delivery time varies by product and its availability. Typically, when choosing standard delivery you should receive within 3-7 working days. Do note that when ordering a group of different items, the schedule would automatically depend on the longest stated product. Choose express delivery at an additional cost of $3.90 for delivery within 1-2 working days (Subjected to stock availability).
Night delivery, from 7.00 to 9.00 pm on Mondays to Saturdays, can be opted only when choosing Express Delivery and at an additional cost of $1.50.
If more than an hour has passed, it is likely that our warehouse has already packed your order for dispatch. In either case, please contact us
Customers are urged to adhere to the delivery time mentioned in the confirmation email sent after every successful transaction and also to take note of the mode of delivery mentioned. If in any case you expect yourself to not be present at the time of delivery,
- Leave a note to us at the time of checkout in order for us to liaise a suitable time.
- Have someone collect on behalf of you. However, do give their details to us for verification.
- If it’s too late to make amendments, please drop by for self-collection.
If your items have not arrived as per the indicated delivery time frame, please contact us with your delivery address and order ID. We will get back to you on the delivery status as soon as possible.
Returns have to be done within seven (7) working days from the day goods have been delivered to you. In the case of any wrong or defective item, inform us within three (3) days of receiving the goods. Once terms and conditions are met and we approve of the return, you will be notified.
You are able to return the purchased goods for the below mentioned reasons:
- Your product does not match the website specifications or description.
- You received the wrong item in your package.
- You received products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
General requirements for returns:
- You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
- The goods must be in the received condition and returned in the original, packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.
- All sealed items must not be opened.
- The product must not have been used or installed or had any data input.
Terms and conditions:
- Just one return per purchase
- No further exchange or refund
- In the case of any wrong or defective item, contact us to state the issue with relevant images and videos of the item. If the return is approved, we will honor an exchange and arrange timing for our delivery personnel to do an exchange on the spot.
- As for clearance stock or last available products, you will be notified prior to dispatching the delivery. Only after your acknowledgment, the item will be dispatched for delivery. If disapproved, you will be refunded for that item.
As mentioned above, if return is approved, we will honor the exchange by sending our delivery personnel for pick up.
Only in the case of a wrong delivery (not for damages), you can choose to exchange or request for a refund.
